The Historic Stop

This is the first time since 1953 that a U.S. Secretary of State has visited Libya, the last U.S. Secretary of State to visit Tripoli was John Foster Dulles in May 1953, before Rice was even born[1]. Regarding to reports Rice may sign a trade and investment deal during her visit but the political analysts say the major signal is to start up a new era in U.S.-Libyan relations that have been considered by decades of mistrust and violence[1].

On the other hand after the 23 years of marking Libya as the region of violence, Libya and Russia have signed a deal on civil nuclear co-operation during a visit to Moscow by Muammar Gaddafi the Libyan president[2].

Is this could be considered as the psychological preparation for the public’s mind sets to see the new relations among the Non-Americanized countries and the United States?

Is this could be the guide line for the countries who are accused of the sponsors of terrorism?

Are the accused countries of the sponsors of terrorism are going to be allowed to access to the nuclear facilities under the supervision of United States?

Are all these issues considered as the plots for the dominants of the world to have the nuclear facilities under the supervision of United States?

Are we watching the 21st century’s colonial method?!!!

So, what are you trying to say, that Rice's visit to Libya is a sign of US weakness? Absolutely not. Read the whole story, and you would know that Libya made many sacrifices, and had to satisfy a list of US demands, before Libya was granted parole by the bush administration.
Its no '21st century colonisattion' as you term it,but the world has every reason to worry about some countries having a nuclear arsenal. Why do you think when a country like brazil developes nuclear facilities, the world does not bother alot, but others like Iran(,and the rest), the world objects? Because these countries have sympathy for terrorism, because these countries would use the nuclear waepons irresponsibly. The world would be safer with these countries not having nuclear weapons. Period

Dear Eric what I was trying to say was: it could be the symbol for the Middle East and etc to follow by the mentioned strategies NOT the evidence of weakness of the States.

I believe that the world has change a lot throughout the century we might not see the traditional colonial which is a country goes to another country and invade the population there , but in 21st century colonial is more to business and import and export to see which country would make more profit than the other !

Hey…! My friend brad I’m agree with Eric statement not every country have the capacity to create nuclear weapons. For example; when you create something you should know what are the effects will you face from that, how to maintain it and what are the benefits will you get from that. Any one can create any thing easily but is not easy to maintain it. It’s not easy to maintain the nuclear weapons the country who are create it they must have the power, knowledge, skill and rich to maintain it. Let’s see Pakistan and Korea these countries are not big enough and they are not strong enough in economic and political Pakistan is always fighting each other Korea is suffering to control there economic level when the countries are in this coordination how can they control the nuclear power?

Well,I would agree that Rice's visit to Libya could be considered as the psychological preparation for the public’s mind sets to see the new relations among the Non-Americanized countries and the United States.I would not say that Rice's visit is a sign of United States' weaknesses but the otherwise. Moreover, not every country would able and effort to create and have a nuclear in their country. This is because they know the consequences of having a nuclear that come from United States. Therefore, this shows that, rice's visit is not a sign of United States' weaknesses!!!!But I hope that the new elect President of America,Barack Obama would change and create a good relations with other countries to avoid terrorism!!!!

America dominating the world by economicaly and politicaly.Whatever America does during the Bush administration no one raised their fingers on them.So what do want to call it?Isn't it colonialism???

Well, I won’t say that, it is a 21century colonial method, as today Nuclear plants have became hottest issue, each every country wants to have a Nuclear plant, but its feasible to allow each and every country to have nuclear plant. So what US is doing here is they check all records of country and if its to grant them permission they allow countries to have nuclear facilities, and they act as guarantee for that country.
